By using Assist ME by SBZ, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Assist ME by SBZ platform and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. Service Access and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes where practicable.

4. Fees and Billing

  • Paid plans and usage-based charges are outlined in the pricing details presented at checkout or in your agreement.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • You remain responsible for applicable taxes and third-party payment fees.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
  • No attempts to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • No misuse of rate limits, APIs, or automation that degrades service stability.
  • No uploading of malicious code or content you lack rights to share.

6. AI Outputs and Content

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use the service to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • We retain all rights to the platform, software, and branding.
  • You own your content and grant us a license to host and process it as needed to provide the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle data.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SBZ Systems and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or email when feasible.
